Open bottles of products manufactured by Dr. Clark Store and Dr. Clark Purity brands are available for return with the following restrictions: Only one opened unit of each type of product is eligible for return, all others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. A maximum of three bottles of opened products (we manufacture) are accepted per order.
Only unopened products in good condition from third party manufacturers (non Dr. Clark brands purchased from our company), are available for return.

Air Filter Guarantee
All of our residential air purifiers in the 4000, 5000, 6000 and AirMedic series are covered by a ten year manufacturer warranty on motor; units with UV lights have a 5-year manufacturer warranty; 5 years on parts (cord, switch, wheels) and labor. AirTubes are covered for one year, parts and labor. This warranty does not include filters.
The warranty is considered active from the date of the original purchase by the end-user if made through an authorized dealer or agent between the manufacturer and the consumer. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Dr Clark Store does not assume any liability for defects in any 3rd party equipment. Any warranty claims are to be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
