I signed up and have not received my link. How long does it take to process?

IT MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR LINK.
The email will contain the link for the $5 OFF plus the 5% credit that you can use over and over again for you or anyone you refer to the Dr. Clark Store. When you click on the link you will be automatically directed to www.DrClarkStore.com and you can start shopping! The discounts and credits will be applied when you are ready to check out.

How do I cash my 5% credit?

In the same email that you received your personal link we will send you a link so that you can see how much credit you have accumulated. Use your credit at anytime; there are no minimum credit limits or restriction dates of when you can use it.* When you want to use it, simply click the Go Shopping with your credit link.

Why is my link not working?

Sometimes your link may not work due to the following:
1. Check your SECURITY SETTINGS. Your security settings may be set too High not allowing your link work.
2. Check your COOKIES. Cookies contain information that websites have gathered about you and stored on your computer as small text files. You may need to delete your cookies in order for your link to function properly.
