We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all items on our website. If you are unhappy with any product you have received from DrClarkStore.com you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days from the invoice date.


Please note that any shipping costs of returned items is not refundable and must be paid for by the customer.

Your return may be rejected should we not be able to identify you. Please enclose either a copy of your invoice, or an invoice number. Also always enclose your day time telephone number with your name, along with a list of the returned products.
Unopened products are accepted for return within 30 days. After 30 days from the day you receive your products, you cannot make a return. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Please be assured that all packages and their contents are doubled checked by our staff before being sent.

• All claims for overages and shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt.
• All damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
• Returns must be sent within 30 days from the date of invoice, to the address above.
• Enclose invoice or invoice number with returns.
• After 30 days products will not be accepted for return.
• Used equipment returns incurs a 15% restocking fee.
• Should you not receive the package a claim has to be made within 45 days from the date of ordering for US and Canada. Claims for all other countries must be made within 80 days from the date of ordering. We do not address claims for missing packages filed 80 days or more from the date of order.
