Standard Shipping - 48 States USA (no PO Boxes)
This method is for within the 48 States of USA. When you choose this method we will send your package with USPS 1st Class Mail if it is lighter than 13 ounces. If heavier then with FedEx Ground.

Priority Mail - 52 States USA
This method is for within the 52 States of USA. When you choose this method we will send your package with USPS 1st Class Mail if it is lighter than 13 ounces. If heavier then with USPS Priority Mail.

FREE Pick Up
For pick-ups, please tell us when you will pick up your items in the comments section.

FREE Pick Up means that you can pick up at our store location in Chula Vista

International Shipping Costs

• Orders going to EU member countries please order on www.DrClarkStore.EU, except for orders to UK and Netherlands who should order on this (USA) website for faster service. Please see that website for shipping costs.

• USPS Priority International (less tax)
  Choose this method if you want to minimize possibility of being charged taxes and import duties. All packages are insured with a private insurance company.

• FedEx International Priority

  FedEx International Economy
  Choose this method if you want your package ASAP and don't mind to pay import duties. All packages are insured with a private insurance company.

Note on Taxes and Fees: When we ship from USA all freight, VAT, Sales Tax, Import Duties, and taxes are payable by the receiver. When you shop on www.DrClarkStore.EU duty and VAT is included.

Insurance
We offer insurance by a private insurance company.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number from FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. The tracking numbers are sent to you directly from the carriers. You may also call FedEx at 1-800-GO-FedEx. Please have the tracking number available when calling about your package.

Although packages shipped through International Air Mail USPS are insured and tracked, you will not receive a tracking number.

Sales Tax
Sales tax for California residence is 7.75%, no tax is collected for any other US States - By ordering from this website you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to declare sales tax to your local government.

Refused Delivery
Packages that are refused will be charged a return-shipping fee, except if the package was sent to customer because of company error.

Should the customer provide incorrect address when filling out the internet order, the customer will be charged any fees for correction of address.

FREE Shipping is offered by Fedex ground. Fees may apply depending on weight and location when shipping to APO, FPO and PO Boxes.
